Splash sliders at home, which I was not supposed to wear, but I did. It was 8 weeks of ACC compensation though.

Very loud pop that woke up my flatmate at night. I was just normally running downstairs and making a turn at the floor when 1 cm of the sliders was just enough to crack my ankle bone when it twisted! 

How little do we need to stop running around! So hard to have a shower with just one leg and the other you cannot touch. Hospital, a doctor told me to buy some painkillers, because it was coming as he said! The pain was coming...

Strange though! I had about 3% of all the pain. Basically, I almost had none, only if directly move or hit the foot. 
This is probably rutin, which helps fight off inflammation. I had plenty of it in my blood. I was, kinda, prepared by having roasted buckwheat kasha every day for lunch for the past 13 months. So - not too much swelling or inflammation, in spite I had a crack in my bone and a totally sprained ankle!


I felt myself this amazing benefit of buckwheat! Healing from injuries, relieve excessive swelling ... amazing!

Now I can walk and exercise again, without going through much pain!

The twisting ankle is a very common injury, I can see every day someone in a moon boot! Having kasha as part of your diet will make you ready for a quick recovery!
