We currently ship within New Zealand only.

Orders received Monday to Thursday are normally dispatched the next business day.
Orders received on Friday will be dispatched on Monday.

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to Parcel Lockers or PO Boxes.

Estimated delivery times:

• North Island: 2–3 working days

• South Island: 3–4 working days

Delivery

Once the parcel has been collected by the courier, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages.

Returns

Please choose your product carefully, as we do not accept returns for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue.
